John Cheever's "The Swimmer"

      My opinion on this story is a good one. I admire how John Cheever could write such an interesting story and make a lot of things happen in so few pages. It really is a very short story. I really liked this story because it isn't boring and is very easy to read. For me, everything happened so quickly, that the end of the story arrived pretty soon, and never did I get bored, although the end was a bit confusing.
